Chamber members meet monthly, generally on the third Monday of the month at 5.30 p.m. at the Warwick Library (located at the Southern Downs Council Buildings precinct). Meetings usually last 1-1 ½ hours.

The Chamber also holds 1-2 Dinner Meetings each year for members' partners and guests. These are held at a range of venues in Warwick.
